TheRinoLuxe sells digital products — specifically a downloadable bundle of luxury video reels. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
No Refunds After Download
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or delivered. We cannot "take back" digital files once they have been downloaded.

We strongly encourage you to download our FREE sample files before purchasing to verify quality and suitability for your needs:
When We May Help
We will gladly assist if:
- You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment
- You were charged twice for the same order
- The download link is broken or inaccessible (we will provide a replacement)
- You purchased the wrong plan (Personal vs PLR) — contact us within 1 hour of purchase before downloading

PLR Resell Rights Plan
The PLR plan (₹799) includes resell rights. Refunds are not available once resell materials or download access has been provided, as the product can be duplicated.
